Perfect two story home roof soft wash cleaning in port Salerno, Stuart Florida.

This beautiful two story home had an abundance of landscaping that needed to be protected throughout my roof cleaning soft wash process. After speaking with my client, and confirming that we were on the same page with the process and result expected, I added them onto my schedule for the following week. On the day of the project, me and a helper arrive on site a little later than planned because of unforeseen circumstances. Nonetheless, I still planned out to have plenty of time in order to complete the project to the best of my abilities. It all starts with attaching my water intake hose to the clients home and begin filling my water buffer tank to have plenty of water in flow to keep vegetation, wet and alive. While that is getting filled up, I preform a property walk around/inspection to make sure there are no open electrical receptacles, open windows, wood materials and etc. once everything seems to be in place, I then find a safe spot for my ladder and me to set up an entrance and exit point for the roof. My helper begins wetting everything down from walls to windows to plants and everything in between nonstop for the duration of the project. After several minutes of wetting everything down and priming my 7 gallon per minute 12 V roof pump system with a powerful 6 to 7% cleaning solution, I climb onto the roof and first clean out the gutter along the top of the pool which my client had specifically asked for. Upon arrival to the gutter over the pool, I noticed it is completely flooded with roof tile granules from the previous company that decided to use a pressure method to blast off all of the organic material along with much of the roof material. Unavoidably, that process made a bit of a mess, but I had the extra time to make sure everything was clean. Still while my colleague continued to wet and clean everything I began to apply cleaning solution the walls of the pool area since we agreed to clean up the black streaks around the porch walls. My colleague worked on cleaning up everything in the pool area and keeping everything wet while I began applying soap to the back side of the houses roof. I continued to apply cleaning solution to the roof working my way from the back wall to the second story by bringing my ladder with me to the first roof, then onto the second story with only my spray wand. After completing the second story, I came back down the same way. I went up and moved my operation to the side of the house, where I continued to work counterclockwise onto the front to the right side of the house. In all of this, I drank water, made sure my ground guy had everything while saturated, cleaned a few odds and ends here and there, and ultimately the roof looked brand new again. Most houses in South Florida become dirty within six months to a year. After two years, most houses look horrifying. That seems to be the case for beautiful stuart Florida located on the south east coast; about 30 minutes north of Jupiter Island. This home is also on the schedule for an exterior window cleaning as well as a house wash in April. Very excited to work with wonderful clients.
