Exquisite metal roof soft wash executed in Stuart, Florida

My employee and I began this metal roof cleaning on a beautiful Saturday morning. Overcast weather was perfect to ensure the roof would not get hot and flash oxidize. Mold loves to get a strong hold onto whatever it grows on so we must hit it with a hot mix of 6.25% sodium hypochlorite to burn and kill all the organics. I then followed with my eight gallon per minute, cold water, pressure washer with an “m5 twist” attachment to knock off all the nasty and leave behind the original, unscathed roofing material. Soft washing is an incredibly using technique if done right. Especially on Metal roof to not remove the layer of paint they have. What kind of paint is I’m not sure but I have Seen some nasty pressure washer marks in the past. Not many companies will soft wash metal Roof in Stuart, Florida as far as I am aware. It can be extremely slippery and dangerous. I actually slipped on the back of the house where the roof goes flat and busted my butt, but thankfully, that is all. I enjoy a good transformation and this one was extremely satisfying.
